Yup. Instructor pilots love to have training “block out” day turns to be used for IOE vs 4 day trips. It’s ridiculous. New FOs on property should be doing multi leg up and downs to get some experience going, not sitting in cruise for 3 hours to LGA going through their folder and getting 1 landing a day.
