Mostly agreed. But isn't it just a matter of how the retirements are "peanut butter spread" over a rolling 5-year window (age 60 UPS retirement eligibility vs FAA age 65 mandatory retirement; granted some are exercising the option to retire before 60 and wait to collect retirement pay)? Some will hang on to see if they can make it to the next contract, but for a number of reasons, I suspect many won't or can't.
In any case, to get back on topic: so happy to see all these folks added to the seniority list! Its great!
