Is somebody able to lay out how pilot training works at Atlas? What to expect? How much preprep should I do? Do they seriously just give you a bunch of manuals and a hotel room that counts as ground school?
Thanks in advance
I highlight training issues here sometimes. If you made it through a regional training program, you'll find our environment is less structured and makes some assumptions. We arent particularly challenging, though. There are some differences fleet to fleet, but nothing I'd get wigged-out about.
