Long Term Disability
Guys,
Would someone please share what the LTD plan is at Delta? I suppose it is until retirement and it is 50% of the pay, however are there any restrictions to that? For instance is the 50% calculated based on the last year of pay or last 2 months? Also if someone is on LTD is he/she allowed to perform additional work for the company like instructing or assisting the Chief pilot's office? Finally, if unable to return to work as a pilot can that person work outside of Delta and still receive LTD benefits?
