Needs OE is a status code that will prevent you from changing your schedule. No X day moves or drops and such. Basically you’re on 30 hour callout for an OE trip though it seems they usually give 3-7 days notice from what I’ve seen.
1) I was able to move X-days.
2) If it's been more than 10 days since 44X they have to give you 48hrs notice.
3) The delay depends on your fleet.
