Different view. The Boeing training crowd as a whole are generally yes men. They live mostly on a diet of cool aid drinking new hire suck-ups and glee club Boeing co-pilot upgrades. The CQ crowd just want to slide through like a well oil turd so they salute, klick heels and go home. Then along come pilots who no longer give a flying eff…They actually expect transition “training”not transition “checking”…The Boeing instructors take affront to this idea and label it “poor performance”…
The actual hypothesis around the school house is: 2011-2012 group of FO’s at VX have been carrying the water for the 2009 CA’s.
I am pretty sure almost all of the VX group transitioning would want me to stay. I think they actually enjoyed my instruction, but yeah try and get me fired… good luck with that. Put in some effort, have a good attitude, don’t whine or act like a jerk and I am confident things will go well… Instructors want to help!
