I think that this touches on something of which prospective new hires need to make themselves aware. The operations here are so different between the various fleets that it can basically feel like a different airline depending on what fleet you are on. So, if you know someone who is on the 747 here who relates to you what life is like "at atlas", but you get hired onto the 767 (or vice versa), you'll be in for something a rude awakening. Each fleet has its pros and cons, but they are also very different from each other. Keep that in mind when making comparisons, or when someone tells you what to expect here.
