That is not correct. If your position is eliminated you will bump a captain on the same fleet in another base and if you cant hold captain on your fleet than you will bump a captain on another fleet in your existing base if your seniority holds it or the next base your seniority holds it. Bump/Flush. If there are no additions. As a captain you will remain a captain somewhere as long as you have the seniority
