Any physical movement of planes from one base to the other is pretty transparent. The only thing one really sees is the number of lines in a given base.

There are no displacements OFF of any aircraft. There are likely to be some displacements from FO to CA, but that is not specifically related to which airframe, it will solely be based on who has the lowest seniority with eligible hours when the bid is run.

Without an actual displacement, upgrades could come from either plane and any base. Overall management of what is actually reduced won’t be known until the bid is run either as the company can choose to backfill vacancies or not as they happen during the bid.
Ok, that's kinda what I figured. I thought I might have missed some major change since he said those two bases were growing.
