In neither video can you see that a photo of the butt was actually taken. So what does the Delta or Endeavor contract say about this, since yes it is the private sector, but he's still working under a union contract. If a random twitter account posts something with an accusation of some sort of immoral behavior with evidence that is circumstantial at best, should you automatically lose your job? And with the fact that it went "viral" he can certainly argue that management has already been primed to terminate him before he gets to defend himself, as I'm sure his union contract allows for.
