Interesting that nobody east of Dallas chose to commute to OAK for an upgrade in yesterday's vacancy award, and only 2 from Dallas are up for it. Seems the well is running dry east of the Mississippi? Commute issues to a 6 month base lock when premium is handed out like candy seems like an easy call.
