To use his position as an exiting LEC rep to address the pilots with a “this place sucks, I’m out of here” is useless and lacks class. Want to say “hey, I’ve decided to take another opportunity, I’ve enjoyed my time, see ya”, great. But his one last opportunity for the soapbox before he settles into the obscurity that he will be on his next seniority list, tiresome.
This wasn’t a letter to management saying “FU” it was his outgoing to the pilots.
He was also talking trash on the group chats even less tastefully than his unprofessional email.
