You don’t seem to get it. UAX feed is an integral part of the UA business model. THEY WANT YOU TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME AT THEIR REGIONALS AS POSSIBLE. Better still, they want to hire away pilots working for their competitors (like NK or F9) to hurt their business models. They would rather hire another legacies REGIONAL pilots than hire their own.
So UA expects full, unwavering loyalty from the pilots of its regional partners while at the same time, limiting the number of UA seats filled by UAX pilots in order to keep UAX regionals stocked? Sounds like the quickest way to a UA pilot seat is from outside the UAX pool.
