Management is listening.
It's all in the negotiating committee's hands. The pilots, senior/junior and content/not-content don't really have anything to do with what happens next. Whatever the committee presents to the pilot group will be ratified regardless of the number of pilots who claim they voted no lol. Pressure needs to be applied to the committee to ensure a sub standard TA is not presented. The committee is open to hearing from the pilot group.
