Well personally I give 100% as a union member, committee member, and line pilot. I don’t need an email, a FCIF, or a APC post to drive that. The fact that leadership asks for 100% and doesn’t get it from everyone including committee members doesn’t raise my blood pressure. Not everyone gives 100% to this profession, that’s their choice and they live with that for better or worse.
