The Arbiter has signaled pretty clearly that 1F7 is gone. That was LOA 12. So we are really voting on whether to not to give relief under 1F8. That's 9 routes. At least that's how I see it. Especially considering the Arbiter took the rather unusual step of mediating a settlement after the arbitration was closed.
right now it might be but anything the Lr touches wouldn’t be allowed. And anything in Western Europe and South America when the xlr come.
