When you get into this industry, you'll understand. It's pretty hard to have any respect for somebody that is willing to work in this industry for next to nothing, undermind the hard work that's been done to get better work rules and pay, and worse, stab your fellow pilots in the back to do so.

There is nothing professional about what they are doing. We all work hard and sacrifice to get to this point. It's an uphill battle made even more difficult by those scumbags that are willing to be selfish enough to accept less. The fastest/easiest route in this industry doesn't get you anywhere.
