The Nuts days are long gone for better or worse. We are a giant corporation with fiefdoms and tribes all pulling the boat in different directions.

Agree about new hire training circa 2014. It was terrible. I have heard it has changed a lot.

Also agree about pilot disability. How has that and ancillary items gone unaddressed for so long? Sad.
