They will tell uiu guys exactly what you want to hear so that everyone dosent quit at once . Thru have to fulfill the contract for another 10-12 months .
The mere fact that they put all of their employees through this every few years should be telling of itself . Their plan for the future ( adding 700s) was only 25 -30 years too late .We have another hot summer on the horizon. After another 5-6 months of hot ass planes , with one pack no APu etc on 90 degree days , numerous pax complaints and gate returns, I’m sure UA will decide enough is enough.
