Secondly, are you as aggressive with the F/A’s uniform compliance as the F/O’s? Do they even have a “uniform policy”? They pretty much wear whatever they want as long as they have their wings on. Do they have any grooming standards either? I had a male flight attendant with a braided ponytail down to his belt line on one of my trips ( I admit that I am gender assuming. He had a beard so….).
The F/As are working crew members under the command of the captain while away from the gate, so you should be concerned with their uniform wear as well.,,,
