Always remember this…

Scott Kirby is always over hyping things up. He comes from the USAirways trick book. If I don’t trust our management, I trust AA and UAL management even less.

He knows young pilots are looking for the best seniority progression. Most of them say:

1. Delta already hired a lot since 2014, I might not get too senior there.
2. AA has more retirements, but their balance sheet doesn’t get too strong.
3. UAL? Well their bases sucks, but hey!!! I can be a 777 FO, they are growing 500 planes in the next 5 yrs! I should be golden there. SJS and Kirby knows how to play into it. They are even doing their own flight school.

Of course, this is my opinion.
