So I purchased 10 vacation days on March 22nd and placed them at the beginning of my PVAC in September. I used iCrew and took a screenshot of the approved transaction. Yesterday I looked at my time card and the vacation days were gone and my bank balance was 31.5 hours greater. When I tried to do the transaction again I was denied and got a message saying the days were not available and to try again next month. Has anyone seen this before or know who I need to speak with to get the days back?
Try using the Smartsheet link available under the crew resources link on DlNet. One question comes to mind though is did you buy for the 2021-22 Vacation year which just ended or next year. I think it defaults to the current year when you buy it unless otherwise specified which might explain your issue. Good Luck!
