You don't need to go through an agency, my current class has about 70% Australians on EB-3.
Be very careful with the categories, especially when dealing with scammers like the previous poster is dealing with.
EB-3 is a different category than E-3. E-3 is what the Aussies are doing, EB-3 I don't think has ever been done with pilots (someone might prove me wrong here).
