The Spirit bid is 100% covered by the value of the scope concessions given by JetBlue’s pilot group. As a new hire it won’t matter you’ll be at the bottom of an integrated seniority list. Class sizes will shrink if not halt all together for a while as efficiencies are identified and QOL Items are stripped from both pilot contracts as part of a JCBA.
