Are you currently in a 7ER pilot category? If so, and your seat freeze is up, you may bid 765 and avoid a 24 month seat freeze and incur a 9 month seat freeze.

However, the company may, solely at its own discretion, award you 765 while you still have a category freeze on the 7ER and you will only incur the 9-month seat freeze from date of award.
