Finish the CBTs before you get to training if you can. Finishing them is a requirement at some point during ground school. They will give you an exact date after you start class. If you have them done before you arrive, then anything else is just review and not something you’re pressed for time to complete.
If the CBTs all make sense and you understand them, then the rest of your “study time” can be spent on the FCOM, FCTM, SOPs, FOM, flows, whatever you feel you need. You will also likely develop group training sessions within your class for further discussion and understanding.
