This is a rare win/win situation for F9. I’m hoping that NK takes the offer from B6. No SLI to deal with, we get to grow organically and rapidly which will help with pilot hiring and retention and our growth plans. And our only serious competitor is killed off leaving F9 to be where NK is now in 3-5 years. F9 will be the dominate ULCC in the US and once the post-pandemic wrinkles are ironed out there will be a huge gain in market share. NK’s displaced passengers will be looking for the lowest price and choose F9 over B6.
