I'd be very surprised if CAL gets hit with this. But... the designers of the Concorde, on the other hand, could definitely be charged. Especially if they knew the wing tanks were vulnerable to damage from the outside (as the article indicates).

But this is like comparing apples to oranges when you compare this incident to the original post (#1) on this thread.
