Given what jetblues objectives are , or at least written into the explanation for the acquisition, there is no chance they go for an all cash offer where they become alaska airlines. They’re trying to become a large airline that competes more directly with the big 4.. they aren’t gonna go from that objective to selling the ship

They need about 8B to pull this off… That’s a lot capital to raise.
