Goal of the training department is 35 a month, a lot of people are sitting in the pool for interviews and they have been working through it
People are leaving every regional, although with major hiring slower I expect to see it slow down a bit here as well, which I have noticed
We were net positive for a few months now we are net negative I could see it equal out in a little.
