Yes you can buy beer any day at a store or bar, but you have to go to a state liquor store to buy the stronger drinks, and they're closed Sundays! We don't have warm water beaches like San Francisco, and you should see the homeless in west SLC. Don't get me started on the crime in West Valley. Did you know snows too? Barf.
If you're already in CA, stay put, grass isn't greener (brown in winter). I also spoke with all the other Mountain West states, and they all agree that they suck and wish they were as nice as California.
