This would never be stated on an interview, to an applicant, during the interview. In addition, in today's legal/HR environment, such a statement would never be given as a reason for failing the interview, which was unlikely staffed with anyone from the training department itself.

I'm just telling you what two separate people said in two separate interviews. I'm not anti frontier. They were both interviewed by the person that goes by their nick name.
