Our reserve grids are always blood red right from the start which makes drops impossible. You can drop trips via the trade board directly to another pilot though, works great for super senior guys with sweet trips who want to get rid of them.
Base and seat dependent. RSV can have some very senior bidders in some bases and seats. It’s not uncommon to be hardly used if you bid the correct RAP. We have to have the same RAP the entire month which I personally am a big fan of.
