Also another thing to keep in mind, B6 runs lean on pilots. Spirit has about 1.3 more pilots per aircraft. And considering that B6 has three fleets, it should be the other way around. So in actuality B6 is even leaner than that. Which consistently leads to a reserve shortages. I don't think there was an entire day in the last 30 days where we didn't get emails from JB needing people to volunteer for more reserve coverage.
