I mean, we even had a CA post on Embry Riddle chat group bragging how much he made in a month, with a picture of himself smiling!!! Where do we get such TOOLBAGS?!!!!
Yes it is our fault. But I also blame our pathetic union. It isn't a union. We had a chance to fundamentally change this pilot group and turn it into a real union because of the numbers we've hired. That was squandered.
What do new hires get from the union? An hour introduction during BI and a meet and great afterwards over a beer? Nobody of any significance meets the new hire groups. No expectations are set. No contract education. And we wonder where these toolsbags come from.
