Got it.
Frontier has a full time union baby sitter in the scheduling room to oversee the assignments are being done properly. Thats how it should be done, not by pilots having to audit the company call lists like an XY list bounty hunter. If you find you were skipped, great, you file an NCC and maybe win. But that doesnt change anything about how the company is doing it the other 99.99% All this does is reaffirm what I was saying, why are pilots having to do this alone and not as a "unionized" effort by the....union?
We have union members out on full time leave, 90 hours per person. Thats a lot of money. How much would it cost to hire a data entry analyst to hit up the same XY lists that you do, but for the entire list? It would be a lot cheaper than the 90 hours for our SecTreas who is on full time leave from last I heard And when discrepancies are found, the MEC files a class grievance for ALL pilots that have been screwed, not just those that what to cozy up to the XY list at night.
