For this exact reason I will never be in favor of retro. It rewards the greedy and selfish proportionately. A flat bonus treats everyone the same by seat, fleet or longevity.
You should honestly be ashamed to receive any of the provisions of the contract. You deserve none of them condoning pilots who choose selfishness. Chances are you are in this group beings you are a defender of the defenseless behavior.

I won't be lectured to by a youngster who constantly advocates for an unlawful work action that could lead to a lawsuit that could bankrupt the union.
You need to tread lightly, you are on very thin ice, and your actions could do a lot more to damage the union than those "draft hoorse" you so despise.
If you want to promote your agenda in person, I have no problem with that, but those who advocate that no one should fly draft or volunteer on this board are risking a lot that the rest of us don't want to lose.
If we are sued, and it has happened at other airlines, I will be the first to call you out for your actions.
I know you don't like me, and I am ok with that, but sometimes you should really think before you write on this board. Your statements could be used against all of us, and I am certainly not in favor of that.
