You tell them in the interview what domicile you want. On the first day of class you get to pick a/c. The classes are arranged in seniority by age, oldest is #1 youngest is last. Deeefinitely go for QOL over airframe. If you rbase has a choice of equip, I would go for Saab, ERJ, CRJ in terms of best to least.
