It most definitely (on UAL, back in the day) does not. T7 was waaaaay better than 76. Especially the IAD-BRU-IAD where on the 76 the captain would have his 15 minute PA, followed by the "language qualified" FA translating into "french" and "dutch" and you couldn't pause your movie because the PA was in progress. Seats weren't full lay flat either.
