Airline pilots are not "Individuals with an extraordinary ability in the sciences, education, business, or athletics"

You can't just import a guy you want, the process is very tedious, expensive and time consuming. It's just not worth it in most cases. And we are all glad that is the way, otherwise our work rules and benefits would mirror those of Canada and Europe and so on.
