This is interesting, considering at the Voy they pair u up with another new hire for your MV and even LOE for initial if I can remember well. A NEWHIRE not even a typed line pilot.
unless it changed really recently, two newhire fos cannot take an LOE together. Must be a qualified captain or captain candidate in the left seat.
