The exact kind of guy we don’t want to keep around here. Those of us who have been around longer than 4 years or so are happy. We see how incredible ATI is and where it’s going. Dude, we’re in negotiations. Name one airline that doesn’t have departmental issues during this time. It’s the entitlement mentality of the regional new hires coming in here over the last 2 years who are causing discord and pulling down morale. We’re gonna walk out of this with a contract making everyone else cry. Likely by summers end. Negotiations are going very well at the moment. The future is incredible bright at ATI. The industry is crazy right now, but we are still top dog on the block with Amazon. We surely don’t need guy in our ranks painting a picture that’s not accurate. Sounds like you should go find another carrier dude!
