You are the exact kind of guy that put this company into this current ****ty contract. No reserve rules, No more 16 day on 12 off, and you still think ATI is incredible like some guy had drugs. Have you ever talked to new hires? The morale of this place took a dive after management started fiddling with people`s vacation and day offs. As long as pilots are helping with open time, there is never gonna be a good contract. I was a reginal guy before this, and let me tell you this, the contract of this company sucks. and It's a lot worse than the regional`s contract. Retirement ? What a joke. You are the kind of “yes man” who is dragging us all down into hell. Top dog on the block with Amazon ? Hahahahaha...
