CR can mitigate the "new category" impact by opening with small numbers, then expanding an existing category after 60 days. Freeing pilots from a seat lock is only a minor concern. We've seen bids with 10 MDs so CR can generate a 365 bid. Opening a new category with 10 crews is not a stretch.
