I’m one of those starry-eyed new folks just happy to be here. The quick upgrades are largely due to horrendous reserve rules, which I would like to see brought up to industry standard even if it means upgrade times go up. Don’t worry, just keep the mentoring coming. I listen closely to the CA’s I fly with and often take notes. I doubt I’m the only one. Let’s get some serious improvements in this contract. Cheers! 🍻
