The bottom of the list is fully of folks just happy to be here and don't want to rock the boat, just keep the quick upgrades coming and all is well. The company is counting on it.
Many of us come from ULCC where money was already really good and in some cases qol wasn't too bad. I'm happy to be here and I'm ready to make our contract better. We deserve it as professionals
