Tons of great pilots and people in the new hire classes. Pretty much always been that way. And to be clear they should be happy to be here, lots of good going on in flight ops and united is a first choice for many of them.
I think our contract is good in many ways but obviously always room for improvements. I think most of us know where those improvements should be. Pay rate increases are obviously long overdue. JetA and 100L are getting a bit expensive for my tastes right now.
but hey at least we feel appreciated for all the "hard work" we've done thru covid.
