I’m not going into this expecting any airline to pay for anything. But I have seen some regionals advertising they will put you through the ATP, ATP CTP if you meet the requirements. If I have a misunderstanding of this, then happy to be corrected. (To be clear I am eligible to get my ATP through my foreign licence, this part was more me wondering should I do it out my own pocket or just apply right away)
Otherwise, I will get the ATP through a shortened type rating course. Would my experience be of interest to any regionals, and would you guys recommend any around the east coast?
