You know where you go to get turbine time and knowledge and experience to move on to bigger and better things? Regionals. And you just started. We are in unprecedented times with the hiring that’s going on. But you should know…..most of the guys going to the big US ACMI carriers are pretty experienced. Lots of expats or otherwise highly qualified heavy drivers. Certainly plenty of regional folks as well…….but 200 hrs? Sheeeeeesh…….. It took me a 24 year Air Force career and a few years 121 experience to get hired at my ACMI shop. Yeah that post is gonna touch a nerve.
