We should NEVER negotiate benefits that reward those who do extra exponentially when we are trying to get a contract. If you choose to do extra thats is your choice. We shouldn’t encourage and reward it. I would be in favor of a contractual change that punishes those who act in this manner when it comes bonus time. Those people already made extra while other sacrificed money.
