The turbine PIC time is not a requirement actually. I think the question had to do with the 1000 turbine FW time (PIC or SIC). I may not ha e read it right though. Wouldn’t be the first time.

With the way our scoring works (once a year by a person), I personally would recommend waiting until a pilot has hit the mins on any
requirements. If it’s just a preferred min that you haven’t met, I’d submit ASAP. Just my .02.
